A Twin Seafood clambake brings your favorite summer time seafood right to you backyard. The clambake consists of your choice of per person;
- 1 1/4 Hard Shell Lobster or 16 oz Black
Angus Steak
- 1 lb Steamer (Soft Shell Clam)
- 1/2 pt. Twin Seafood Clam Chowder
- Corn on the cob
- Red Potato Salad
- Cole Slaw
- Drawn Butter
- Lemon Wedges
Optional:
- Shrimp cocktail
- Watermelon
- Swordfish, Tuna, Sea Bass or other fish
- Chicken breast
The event also includes all cooking appliances (tables, burners, pots and pans) and utensils (folks, knives, spoons and lobster crackers). All paper products will be supplied by Twin Seafood. After the clambake is over Twin Seafood catering will clean-up the area and take all the trash away with them.
